Customer enquiries
For an existing order, include the order reference and the phone number used for the order so we can locate it. Tell us clearly if the message is about a cancellation, missing or incorrect food, a payment result, a refund, allergen information or a data-protection request.
Never email a card number, card security code, password, payment provider secret or a photograph of a payment card.
Food allergies and intolerances
Ask for current allergen information and wait until your needs have been discussed before completing the order. Do not rely on product names, short descriptions, images, dietary labels or a general order note alone.
Our online checkout is not designed to collect allergy or medical instructions. Email us before ordering so we can provide the information available for the current menu and discuss your needs.
If you think you or someone else is having an anaphylactic reaction, call 999 for an ambulance and say “anaphylaxis”. Do not wait for an email reply. See NHS anaphylaxis guidance.
